Bioenergy – also known as prana, chi or vital energy – is what keeps the body alive and maintains an ideal state of health.
Bioenergy is available abundantly in local and in-season (therefore freshly picked) organic fruit and veg.
Processed foods: frozen, dried, canned, prepared, cooked, imported and anything that hasn’t just been picked from nature, ALL have diminished amounts of bioenergy or none whatsoever.

In Water We Trust
“Washing has always been a purification ritual. That doesn’t simply mean to purify, but also – like baptism, a term that originated from the Latin baptisma and of the Greek baptizen, meaning to immerse – to impregnate with the mystery, of spiritual godliness. Washing, is the first task in the tale, in order to get things to fall back into place after they’ve been worn out. Our ideas, our values, as with clothes, all finish by going limp through wear. It’s in water that we renew and revive, that we rediscover what we believe to be fundamentally true, fundamentally sacred…”
Unofficially translated from Women Who Run With The Wolves – French version《Femmes qui courent avec les loups 》by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. An amazing book that was recommended by fellow wild woman @ebonybuckleofficial ❤🌍

A Single Step
“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”
Lao Tzu
Stephen Marley
“Hey baby don’t you worry, even though the road is rocky.”
Illusions of Separation
Everything is a dream. Everything.
You are everything, everything is you.
Look deeper for the mysteries.
Within you, as without you.
There is no separation.
The rest is but a dream.
“Living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see….”
John Lennon
The Essence of Yoga
“As unnecessary as a well is to a village on the banks of a river, so unnecessary are all scriptures to someone who has seen the truth…
The Bhagavad Gita
When your understanding has passed beyond the thicket of delusions, there is nothing you need to learn from even the most sacred scripture. Indifferent to scriptures, your mind stands by itself, unmoving, absorbed in deep meditation.
This is the essence of yoga.”
The Age of Information
We live in the age of information. Never have we had so much knowledge at our fingertips, never have we been so connected to perfect strangers. Yet, can we honestly say that we are using these tools wisely?
With so much content and connections available to us, our whole personality and habits are conveniently categorised into marketing databases for sale to the highest bidders. Along with this reality comes the deliberate and accidental misinformation, all curated and designed to provoke a well studied, planned human emotion and profitable thought pattern. So how do we decipher between what is true and what isn’t? How do we protect our energy from this kind of exploitation?
Unity in Difference
We all evolved from the same energy.
We all came out of space, to this rock.
Through a mixture of chemical reactions and incredible force, Earth and everything possible within its atmosphere was born. For eons and eons life as we know it developed here, and we from that.
What we now find ourselves in, is nothing but an illusion of separation. We think that the other guy is the one creating our problems, that if somehow, something could just stop, everything else would be alright. That’s actually the problem.

Do you ever think about the places you find yourself in? Like on a daily basis, sure, but also when you go on holiday, or days out to new places when it’s sunny’n’that?
If not, you’d probably be surprised to learn the history, like the real, sometimes hidden, most often avoided history behind the places you attend.
It Takes a Village
Creating resistance between all of us is exactly what keeps us from moving forward here. Regardless of how uncomfortable it might be, we need to recognise that our ancestors pillaged and decimated lands and ancient cultures to create these beloved and so-called “civilised” societies we find ourselves in today… and it goes on (hello medical and technological “progress”).
We have created societies that so happen to be destroying our planet and all of its diversity along the way. These very societies were built using the free, or “cheap” labour of our enslaved brothers and sisters. We can only move forward by integrating that, looking at it, admitting it and working together to change it, there’s no other way around it.
